The first thing you’ll need to do before you can view your call logs is to login to the voice control panel.
If you are unsure how to do so, you can follow these instructions: Login to VoIP Control.
Now, locate call logs at the bottom of the left hand menu.
Here you are viewing all of your call logs and the recording column indicates if there is a saved recording available for that call. Outgoing calls are displayed by default.
You are able to delete the recordings, but still leave the record intact by selecting each recordings and then clicking on delete recordings.
